QUETTA: Several areas of Balochistan have been under the grip of a severe heat wave for the last few weeks. Due to the heat wave business activity in these areas has come to a standstill.
The areas under the grip of the heat wave include Jaffarabad, Naseerabad, Jhal Magsi, Bolan and Sibi.
Residents of these areas have been confined to their homes and their troubles have increased due to daily loadshedding of up to 18-20 hours.
